Fees for services are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are set out in the relevant engagement letter. Standard payment terms are:
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and PayNow
- Where additional scope arises during an engagement, this will be discussed and confirmed in writing before additional fees are incurred
Fees are not refundable for work already completed and delivered unless there has been a material failure in the delivery of services.
8. Service-Specific Terms
For Contract Drafting & Review: The engagement covers the specific contract or template provided at the time of instruction. Subsequent contracts or additional templates are separate engagements unless otherwise agreed.
For Handbook Development: The engagement includes one round of revisions following delivery of the initial draft. Additional revision rounds may be subject to supplementary fees, to be agreed in advance.
For Dispute Advisory: The stated fee covers the initial assessment and preparation of one position statement. Attendance at TADM proceedings, further submissions, and any engagement at the Employment Claims Tribunals are agreed separately as scope develops.
